Tom made the move to account management and business development, an area where he really made his mark. After more than 13 years experience within the agency sector, holding various senior management roles for some of the UK's top 10 marcoms agencies, Tom finally took the next step and joined a well established recruitment consultancy, where he gained valuable experience and rapidly became the Head of the Marketing and Assignments division.

With his in depth industry knowledge and successes Tom soon came to the conclusion that with the right team around him he could create a recruitment consultancy that truly understood the marketing arena and offered an unparalleled level of personalised service.

Jason Mills

Jason is one of the latest additions to the WE ARE THOMAS team. He has a strong background in social media and is a previous small business owner in the sector. With such a strong connection between social media and recruitment, Jason has made a bold move into recruitment to share his expertise and knowledge and will also help WE ARE THOMAS explore new ways of searching and selecting top talent.

Jason’s main passion is motorsport, since the age of ten all the way up to when he was twenty years old he raced competitively in everything from go karts, single seaters and saloon cars.

Joshua Ford

TALENT MANAGER

Josh began his marketing career working agency side within Account Management before he eventually made the move over to recruitment. His agency experience covers a broad spectrum of integrated B2B, B2C and Sales & Promotions exposure, working with various global brands such as Kellogg’s, Coca-Cola and Anchor.

After completing a recent stint in the US working as a specialist head hunter, Josh has returned to the UK to join WE ARE THOMAS as a Talent Director.

Kathryn Rourke

As a snapshot Kathryn has worked for some very well known businesses over the years such as Acxiom, Consodata, Experian and more recently held the position of Client Services Director for CCB (Coad, Cole & Burey) and therefore has built an enviable knowledge of the data driven marketing arena.

Due to her overall experience and industry knowledge she is very well respected by her former colleagues and has built up a fantastic network of strategic and data driven marketers as well as had the responsibility of building up numerous teams and support networks.

Leigh Edwards

TALENT SUPPORT OFFICER

Leigh is our newest member to the team and brings with her 12 years of recruitment experience. Previously specialising in Internal Recruitment, Leigh has been recruited to make sure the We Are Thomas office runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, along with sharing her knowledge of the recruitment industry.

With a passion for Rugby and spending time with her son, Leigh can be found on many a cold, Sunday mornings supporting her son’s Rugby team and losing her voice in the process!!  She is also a volunteer for East Surrey Domestic Abuse Services in her spare time. In order to do this Leigh must practice strong listening and communication skills at all times which is integral to her role in recruitment.

Caroline Elsdon

SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER

Caroline has a wealth of experience working within the Marketing and Recruitment sector, managing all financial matters including reporting monthly figures – P&L, budgeting & forecasting, managing accounts payable and receivable as well as payroll.

Deborah began her marketing career working for a number of leading US agencies including the like of Wunderman, FCBi and Deutsch Inc to name but a few. Then in 2005 Deborah made the transition and joined JWT as a Recruiter before eventually joining Liz Glatzer & Associates as an Executive Recruiter.

Now one of New York’s shining superstars in the marketing and advertising recruitment arena, she works with a number of leading agencies across both sides of the pond.
